The London N°1 is produced from the highest quality Suffolk and Norfolk grain. Furthermore, the small batch “pot still” method ensures a consistent quality. This is one of a handful of gins actually distilled in London and was created to hark back to the traditional values of the original London gins, albeit with a modern twist – a striking turquoise-blue colour. The London No1 is delicate and elegant on the nose with marked notes of spices and balsamic herbs, juniper and an original base note of bergamot (reminiscent of Earl Grey tea) and truffle. It is soft, elegant and mellow on the palate with a long, spicy finish. 47% alc. give it a full body and great viscosity. It is a very sophisticated, well rounded gin that is perfect for mixing a classic Gin & Tonic or to make any gin based cocktail.

Tia Maria is a coffee liqueur made originally in Jamaica using Jamaican coffee beans. The main flavor ingredients are coffee beans, cane spirit, vanilla, and sugar. According to legend, the history of Tia Maria started in the 17th century, in the days when colonial wars brought chaos to the Caribbean. During this period, a young woman, owner of a Jamaican plantation, was forced to flee with her chambermaid. In the chaos, her chambermaid just had the time to take her mistress's most treasured possessions, including a pair of black pearl earrings and an old manuscript containing the secret recipe for the family liqueur. In gratitude and in memory of her faithful "Aunt" Maria, the young noblewoman named this dark liqueur "Tia Maria".

Vaccari Sambuca is an Italian liqueur known in many drinking traditions. It is a sweet, strong liqueur whose base consists of essential oils extracted through steam distillation of the seeds from the star anise, conferring upon the fruit a strong aroma of anise, which is soluble in the pure state. To this whole is added a concentrated solution of sugar and other natural aromas, of which Vaccari jealously guards the recipe. They are the secret ingredients, which make the taste of Vaccari Sambuca unique. Vaccari Sambuca can be thinned with water or can be drunk as a flambé, after chewing up two coffee beans.
