  • This 21st century recipe has been co-created by the Lucas Bols Master Distiller & Casper Reinders, an icon in the Amsterdam bar industry. It has a subtle malt and floral flavour with a smooth finish. Genever is perfect for cocktails with more intense taste characteristics.   • Bonac 24 Gin is from a boutique diltillery in Co. Wicklow. It is the a profusion of natural botanicals. It is pleasingly smooth on the palate with hints of citrus, mint and star anise. It is an extremely well balanced gin of the highest quality. It is distinctive with notes of fresh greens and citrus, and a signature sweet earthy finish. Bonac 24 can be served perfectly with a premium tonic water garnished with mint and lime.
  • CollaGin is the world's first gin distilled with pure collagen. With an elegant and refined taste, this unique recipe has stayed true to the principles of a classic gin and features 11 botanicals including star anise, pink grapefruit and orris but with innovative addition of pure collagen.   • Dingle Original Gin is made in small batches of 500 litres. In terms of its broad style, this is what is categorised as a London dry gin but the unique character and flavour come from the original choice of botanicals. They use, amongst other botanicals, rowan berry from the mountain ash trees, fuschia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather for a taste of the Kerry landscape. The uniquely Irish botanicals give a fresh, floral character that perfectly balances the traditional juniper.
  • Gin Sul is the Dry Gin from Hamburg (Germany), with roots in  Portugal. Gin Sul is simple, fresh and elegant. This exclusive dry gin is characterised by the finest botanicals, careful distillation in very small batches and subtle hints of  Mediterranean citrus.
  • Graham Nortons Irish Gin is all about his heritage, the beauty and flavours of his home county and a love of blending perfection. His gin is flavoured with botanicals local to West Cork, Grahams home. Graham Norton has worked with Invivo & Co to create two small-batch premium gin. His own Irish Pink Gin is made with 100% Irish grain, and draws its flavour from a combination of 12 botanicals including lemon peel, orange peel, elderflower, rose hip and fuschia flowers. Graham Norton's Own Irish Gin is a premium London Dry style, as distinctive as the man himself. Both guns utilise locally foraged botanicals as part of their unique blends.
  • Kinsale Gin is a London dry gin, made with care in small batches, combining locally foraged and internationally sourced botanicals. The taste is refreshing and unique and has proved a hit with both Gin connoisseurs and casual imbibers. The gin was awarded best Irish London dry gin in the world gin awards and went on to finish in the world top 10. Kinsale Gin has elegant amounts of juniper with notes of meadowsweet, elderflower and elderberry combining with aromas of lemon verbena and lemon germanium. Other interesting and unusual botanicals underscore Kinsale Gin's complex personality.
  • Langtons of Skiddaw No. 1 Lakeland Gin, as it’s formally called, tries to capture the taste and aroma of the Lake District in Cumbria by which it is inspired. Launched by two Lakeland locals, using as many local products as possible, the number one priority was to keep the gin as locally sourced and produced as possible. Langtons gin uses water filtered through ancient slate beneath the mountain of Skiddaw in the Lake District. Utilising Lakeland ingredients such as local oak bark blend, a total of 11 botanicals are used.
  • There is a new additon to the Brewdog Distilling Co spirit portfolio, LoneWolf Cloudy Lemon Gin. Fresh Sicilian lemon peel is macerated for seven days in the signature LoneWolf before getting bottled. The resulting gin retains the classic juniper backbone of LoneWolf Gin whilst taking on the zest of the leomons to create a sharp, citrus burst. The addition of the lemons also results in a visible yellow lemon haze With a strong lemon nose and a merciless juniper kick, this wolf is a crossbreed to be reckoned with.
  • Brewdog Distilling Co.'s Lone Wolf Gin is purity personified. A twenty-first century taste sensation. Juniper berries form the perfect backbone of this gin with lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaf adding the character. A zest-filled start gives way to delicate spice notes from the coriander, pink peppercorns and mace: a perfect compliment to the citrus fruits. Lavender provides a delicate floral sweetness and Scots pine needles help to embed the juniper. The 40% Lone Wolf Gin is made from 14 botanicals

One only reaches these islands by conquering the Ninth Wave, the greatest of all waves and the barrier that separates the Earthly world from the Otherworld.   • Shortcross Gin is made by Northern Irish craft gin distillery, Rademon Estate. This small batch gin is made using their custom made still. Using intriguing botanicals like fresh apple, elderberry and wild clover, as well as juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel and cassia, they produce a vibrant, floral style of gin that befits savouring it neat, as well as enjoying with tonic.
  • An exciting and unusual gin from Islay whisky distillery Bruichladdich, The Botanist is made in a Lomond still christened Ugly Betty and contains no fewer than 31 botanicals, of which 22 are native to the Southern Hebridean island itself. These latter include the likes of mugwort, meadowsweet and the enigmatic Lady's Bedstraw flowers, and the resultant dry gin is described, perhaps unsurprisingly, as 'floral'.
  • The London N°1 is produced from the highest quality Suffolk and Norfolk grain. Furthermore, the small batch “pot still” method ensures a consistent quality. This is one of a handful of gins actually distilled in London and was created to hark back to the traditional values of the original London gins, albeit with a modern twist – a striking turquoise-blue colour. The London No1 is delicate and elegant on the nose with marked notes of spices and balsamic herbs, juniper and an original base note of bergamot (reminiscent of Earl Grey tea) and truffle. It is soft, elegant and mellow on the palate with a long, spicy finish. 47% alc. give it a full body and great viscosity. It is a very sophisticated, well rounded gin that is perfect for mixing a classic Gin & Tonic or to make any gin based cocktail.
  • Zealot's Heart is a premium gin in the Brewdog Distilling Co spirit portfolio. Distilled using the bespoke triple-bubble copper still, the only one of its kind in existence, providing maximum copper contact for the spirit. This juniper forward gin is made using Brewdog Distilling Co.'s very own base spirit, which is distilled on-site at the distillery making this a true grain to glass gin. This London Dry  flavour profile features juniper, citrus, pepper and spice and is bottled at 44% ABV.
