ALCOHOLIC BEERS

  • Back in 2011 we started brewing up our own craft beer using a 5 gallon system on our rooftop patio right in the heart of the Gòtic neighbourhood. At first we brewed just for ourselves and for some similarly minded friends that own bars and restaurants in the area. By keeping our focus on quality rather than quantity things have grown steadily for us and we have joined the grass roots Barcelona craft beer revolution. We develop the beers that we want to drink and name them all after our favourite Barcelona neighbourhoods.
  • Coopers Pale Ale is guaranteed to turn heads. With its fruity and floral characters balanced with a crisp bitterness, Coopers Pale Ale has a compelling flavour, perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the ‘Burton-Upon Trent’ style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives ‘Pale’ its fine cloudy appearance.
  • Coopers Sparkling Ale, with its famous cloudy sediment and its distinctive balance of malt, hops and fruity characters, is a tasty slice of Coopers history. Little has changed since Thomas Cooper produced his first batch in 1862. It’s still brewed naturally using the century old top fermentation method.

Now you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city: close your eyes and indulge in the natural scenery of the immaculate Himalayan Mountains and the incomparable Nepalese cultural heritage, and then experience the sensual aroma and exquisite taste of a chilled bottle of Khukuri Beer.
  • LAGER LIKE IT SHOULD BE Lost Lager is here. This planet first German-style Pilsner is a 4.5% Lager is one hell of a beer if you make it right. Lost Lager takes back the ground lost over decades by lager monoliths. This is a dry-hopped Pilsner made with classic German Saphir hops, giving vibrant citrus and stone fruit notes. Build from Bavarian yeast, it has a crisp clean taste. This is lager like it was, like it should be, like it will be. This new beer is a carbon negative lager and, in keeping with BrewDog's pledge to become a carbon negative company, the brand will plant a tree in their forest for every four pack claimed. As part of their ‘Buy one, get one tree’ initiative, The brand has launched a 12,000+ hectare ‘Lost Forest’ which is where the trees will be planted. Lost Lager is brewed using surplus bread provided by local businesses, wind power from BrewDog turbines, and the new streamlined process used in the brewing process uses a third less water. Lost is lager the BrewDog way - craft premium quality that is fuelling an environmental solution. A mind-blowingly delicious this is lager like it should be, with an extra dose of feel good for the planet. Distributed by Barry & Fitzwilliam
  • Naturally cloudy and shining silky-gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful this weissbier classic has a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas. It is a typical beer garden beer, which brings people together all over the world.
  • One of the UK’s biggest brewing companies, Wells and Young’s produces fine ales in the east of England whilst continually innovating and developing their range. Wells and Young’s brew their beers through techniques that have been running for around 100 years and do it all out of one of the most modern breweries in Europe. Wells and Young’s are proud of the fact that all of their beers are made using only natural mineral water taken from a well, established by Charles Wells at the beginning of the tenth century and made using only barley which is British Farm Assured and boasts the stamp of approval from Red Tractor. Being a large force in the British brewing industry Wells and Young’s lays claim to have more Master Brewers than any other brewery in the country who see 10 per cent of their pints of beer brewed being shipped across the world.
