  • Coopers Pale Ale is guaranteed to turn heads. With its fruity and floral characters balanced with a crisp bitterness, Coopers Pale Ale has a compelling flavour, perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the ‘Burton-Upon Trent’ style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives ‘Pale’ its fine cloudy appearance.
  • With the intention of providing our customers with greater choice and quality artisan beers we founded the Cotton Ball Brewing Company in late 2013. The brewery consists of a five barrel brew house, four 800 litre ale fermenters, four 800 litre conical conditioning tanks and two 800 litre bottling/kegging tanks to date. Recently added was an automated bottling line, allowing us to beautifully bottle our craft beers and distribute them across the country to off licences and shops near you. • Very refreshing and natural, this cider is less sweet as some on the market. Cider and a butternut squash gratin, a creamy cauliflower or a wild mushroom risotto will work well together.
  • A medium dry cider with a rich amber colour. It is best enjoyed well chilled with no ice. Try with hearty dishes like chicken casseroles, creamy chicken pies or roast chicken.
  • Founded in late 2012 by Phil and Sue Cullen, Mountain Man Brewing was West Cork’s first entry to the Irish craft beer scene. Phil subsequently learned to brew from a master brewer while living in Canada in the late 1990’s and continued to fine tune his brewing skills over the following years, obtaining a General Certificate in Brewing.  It was over this time that Phil developed the recipes for the beers you enjoy today as Green Bullet Pale Ale, Hairy Goat IPA, Sneaky Owl Dark Ale and Banjo’d Appalachian IPA.
  • Naturally cloudy and shining silky-gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful this weissbier classic has a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas. It is a typical beer garden beer, which brings people together all over the world.
  • Established at The Malting’s on James Street, Kilkenny, the brewery survived a fire in 1880 and was lost on a horse bet in 1918 before being revived by members of the Sullivan & Smithwick families. Now back stronger than ever producing award winning beer – The Malting’s Red Ale was voted Best Draught Ale in the world 2017/18 – their core range also includes Irish Gold, Black Marble Stout & Irish Pale Ale.
  • Toby's Handcrafted Cider is a completely natural product, full of flavour and goodnhess, with no added or artificial sweeteners, colours or flavourings. Light fish (and even oysters) and dry cider are a good match.
  • One of the UK’s biggest brewing companies, Wells and Young’s produces fine ales in the east of England whilst continually innovating and developing their range. Wells and Young’s brew their beers through techniques that have been running for around 100 years and do it all out of one of the most modern breweries in Europe. Wells and Young’s are proud of the fact that all of their beers are made using only natural mineral water taken from a well, established by Charles Wells at the beginning of the tenth century and made using only barley which is British Farm Assured and boasts the stamp of approval from Red Tractor. Being a large force in the British brewing industry Wells and Young’s lays claim to have more Master Brewers than any other brewery in the country who see 10 per cent of their pints of beer brewed being shipped across the world.
