  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • 2 Dash angostura bitters
  • Orange Peel

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake with ice, strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange twist

Tia Iced Coffee

  • 150ml Cold Brew Coffee
  • 50ml Milk

  • Soda Water
  • Fresh Mint

Place all ingredients except from Soda water in a tall glass with crushed ice, churn with a bar spoon then top with soda and fresh ice. Garnish with Mint and a straw
