  • 50ml Disaronno Amaretto
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • 2 Dash angostura bitters
  • Orange Peel

Recipe

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake with ice, strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange twist

Tia Iced Coffee

  • 50ml Tia Maria
  • 150ml Cold Brew Coffee
  • 50ml Milk

Recipe

Place both Tia and Cold brew into a tall glass with ice then top with Milk

  • 50ml Busker Triple cask
  • 100ml Ginger beer
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • lime wedge

Place all ingredients into a mule mug or tall slim glass, fill with ice and garnish with a lime wedge

Passoa Mojito

  • 50ml White rum
  • 25ml Passoa
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 10ml Sugar
  • Soda Water
  • Fresh Mint

Recipe

Place all ingredients except from Soda water in a tall glass with crushed ice, churn with a bar spoon then top with soda and fresh ice. Garnish with Mint and a straw

  • 75ml Graprefruit soda
