Produced from a careful combination of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes, and a small percentage of Merlot and Tintilla de Rota, this wine has aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.
It has a deep red cherry colour, with ruby and purple shades.
Fruity aromas of ripe red berries, vanilla, spices and chocolate.
To the palate it is round and robust, full-bodied and a sharp Mediterranean character.
Finca Moncloa perfectly matches grilled meat, cold meats and matured cheese.
Best served between 16° and 18° C.
