Some say that ‘Vodka is just Vodka’ but here at Blackwater Distillery we know that isn’t so. Why is our vodka special? We distil it in Sally, our copper pot still and we never make more than 300 litres at a time. Now that’s small batch. And after distillation all we add is soft Waterford water. This gives our vodka its wonderfully smooth character.
